As a son of a bolivian father i was raised with a guitar in my hands. Started playing bass at the age of 13. Started gigging with 15. Education: high school, college, part time studies at Basel University, marketing education IFKS, sound engineer degree at SET school. studies at jazzschool basel with fernando fontanilles, many years bass lessons with claudio caruso (Jazzschool Freiburg, Germany) Absolutely dedicated to bass - and guitar playing, i earn my money as a muisician, studio owner, producer, bandcoach and songwriter/arranger. Also i am president of the www.rfv.ch, an association taking care of popular music in the region of basel & basel countryside.
