Born in Nashville (Tennessee, USA) Edward Lee Wade Sr. began his career at age 17 singing with local area bands as a lead singer performing venues at colleges, weddings, hotels and corporate affairs. He has worked as a recording artist for Buena Vista Records in th 80's and spent some time abroad performing for the US Department of Defense in Greenland, Argentia and Newfoundland. Later on in his career he has performed as an opening act for The Temptations, Cameo and the Chi-Lites. Edward Wade currently resides in Augsburg (Germany) and Palma de Mallorca (Spain) performing with his band Soul Groove or as a solo artist. Also performing in Germany with the Sweet Soul Music Revue or as a solo artist. Having entertained people worldwide, the soothing voice of Edward Wade is dedicated to the finest in Soul, R&B and Jazz.
