If you wish to cancel your membership, simply write us a quick email to info@music2deal.com . Before you do, you may want to consider the following: If you have not had success yet, check your Profile Success Score and improve your profile, Offers and Needs If you have a Premium membership, you can downgrade to Basic at any time without losing your existing connections If you receive too many emails, you can adjust your notification settings (info@music2deal.comanother placeholder link to music2deal.com/mymusic/settings) in your account You will receive a confirmation after all your data has been deleted from our database.

Comment télécharger ma musique ?
Offers and Needs are the core of Music2Deal. They make your profile visible, trigger matches and notify relevant contacts. Without them, it is very difficult to generate deals. To be deleted: On Music2Deal, each song is part of an Offer. You can upload your music by creating an Offer as an artist, as a song, as a licensing or as a vocalist.

Pourquoi je ne peux pas créer de nouvelle offre ?
• An Offer is what you have – for example music, artists, or services. • A Need is what you are looking for – for example songs, artists, or business partners. To be deleted: With a Basic Membership you can only have one Offer active. So in order to create more Offers you need to be a Premium member. To upgrade your membership, go to Mon compte and choose the membership you want. If you are a Premium member and you have reached the maximum number of 5 offers, you’ll need to upgrade to Premium Plus (25 Offers) or Premium Executive (50 Offers).

Each category has a different purpose: Songs → compositions for artists and projects Licensing → music for film, TV and commercials Artists → for live performances and record deals Vocalists → for live and studio work Because each category has a different purpose, you may need to upload the same song multiple times to reach the right audience and improve matching. Pourquoi je ne peux pas télécharger mes chansons ?
Use a Post or Event to share updates, news or general information. Events can be online (with a URL) or offline (with a location). You can also use Posts to highlight your Offers or Needs and increase their visibility. Alternatively, you can post in Groups and include your Offers or Needs to exchange ideas and connect with members who share similar interests. Use Offers and Needs for concrete business opportunities. To be deleted: 20

Comment créer une demande ?
You can create Offers and Needs in two ways: • Use the blue “+ Create” button on the left side of your Feed • Or use the input field at the top of your Feed (“My Network”) You can also manage, create, edit, delete and share them inside the Your Offers & Needs section. To be deleted: Just click on "publier demandes" in the section you wish to find what you’re looking for. This could be for an artist, for a song, for a license, for a vocalist or for a member. You have to write your Need in your local language and also in English so that Music2Deal members from other countries can read it.

How do I create and manage Posts and Events?
Create a Post or Event using the input field at the top of your Feed (“My Network”). To edit or delete your Posts and Events, go to “My Posts & Events” (4th tab under “My Network”). There you can use “Edit” or “Delete”.

Comment puis-je réactiver mes offres ?
Vous pouvez activer vos offres en cliquant sur "Activate". Vous devez être membre Premium pour pouvoir proposer plus d'une offre active sur votre profil. Les autres offres sont désactivées automatiquement si vous passez d'un compte Premium à un compte Basic.

Comment éditer/supprimer une offre ou une demande ?
Your profile alone is not enough to be found for specific music opportunities. To appear as an artist, vocalist or songwriter on the platform, you need to create an Offer in the corresponding category. For example: Artist → create an Artist Offer Vocalist → create a Vocalist Offer Songwriter → create a Song Offer Offers are what other members search for when looking for specific music opportunities, and they also improve your visibility in matching.

What is an “Always Needed” and how is it different from a Need?
An “Always Needed” describes your ongoing main requirement and is set in your profile (“Edit Profile”). It is visible as a permanent request to other members. For specific or time-limited requests, you should create a regular Need under Your Offers & Needs. What is Profile Success Score?
Profile Success Score shows how strong your profile and activity are and indicates your chances of getting deals. It is based on your profile completeness, your Offers and Needs, and how well your network matches your business.

How can I improve my Profile Success Score?
a) Profil (max. 30 %) :
Une photo vous rapporte 10 crédits. 5 crédits pour votre ville. Deux crédits pour chaque information renseignée dans votre profil et 1 crédit pour chaque « Toujours nécessaire ». Chaque autre entrée du profil rapporte également 1 crédit.
b) Offres et demandes (max. 30 %)
L'offre/demande recommandée pour votre profil vous rapporte 10 crédits.
Chaque offre supplémentaire vous rapporte 3 crédits et chaque besoin supplémentaire 2 crédits.
c) Nombre d'amis correspondants (max. 40 %)
Chaque ami professionnel correspondant à votre profil = 0,5 point
De plus, le succès de votre profil dépendra également de vos visites sur Music2Deal. -
Why is my Profile Success Score important?
Your Profile Success Score gives you a clear indication of how well you are positioned on Music2Deal. A higher score increases your visibility, improves your matching results, and helps you get more relevant business opportunities.

Comment fonctionne l'outil de présentation ?
With Matches, Music2Deal automatically pairs you with Members, Music Offers and Needs according to your business objectives. If at least two criteria of a Need match with a Music Offer or a profile, it is considered a Match. Basic members see only the first two matches, while Premium members can see all matches.

Here you can see your latest matches for your profile, Offers and Needs. All existing matches can be seen by clicking on your Offer or Need. Matches for your profile can also be viewed here.

Too few → your criteria may be too specific Too many → make your details more precise

Exemple de présentation
If a member is looking for a specific type of song and your Offer matches his key criteria such as genre or mood, both of you will automatically see the match and can get in contact. If activated in your settings, you will also be regularly informed by email about new matches for your profile, Offers and Needs.

Quel abonnement je souscris quand je deviens membre de Music2Deal ?
When you sign up for Music2Deal you automatically receive a Premium Membership for one month for free. One way to continue this membership is simply by signing up 2 new business friends each month, otherwise the Premium Membership ends after one month and becomes a free Basic Membership. Or, you can upgrade your membership and buy easily Credits.

Y a-t-il une date limite ?
Il n'y a pas de durée définie pour les formules d’abonnement Basic et Premium. L’abonnement Premium prend automatiquement fin après un mois s’il n’y a pas assez de Crédits sur votre compte ou si le paiement n’a pas été effectué. Dans ce cas, il devient un abonnement Basic.

Quelles méthodes de paiement sont autorisées ?
For all Premium Membership plans, you can choose one of two methods; either manual payment or subscription. The choice of payment method doesn’t affect the price or the functionality of Music2Deal. Membership payments are paid in advance.

Que se passe-t-il si le paiement n'est pas effectué ?
Si un paiement par débit échoue pour votre abonnement ou si vous n’avez pas suffisamment de « Crédits » pour payer votre adhésion Premium, vos offres musicales (à l’exception d’une seule) seront désactivées et vous en serez informé. Dès que vous aurez obtenu suffisamment de Crédits ou effectué le paiement correctement, vous pourrez facilement réactiver vos offres.

Que sont les crédits ?
Les crédits sont la monnaie interne que nous utilisons sur Music2Deal. 100 crédits = 1,00 EUR. Vous avez besoin de crédits pour passer de votre compte de base à nimporte quel compte Premium.

Comment puis-je gagner des crédits ?
Vous pouvez en acheter ou obtenir des crédits gratuitement en invitant des amis du secteur musical à rejoindre Music2Deal. Les amis invités doivent être acceptés par l’équipe de Music2Deal – comme c’est le cas pour toute inscription au sein de notre réseau. Vous recevez 250 crédits pour chaque ami accepté. Vous pouvez également gagner 20 crédits chaque fois que vous votez (de manière non anonyme) sur les offres musicales d’un autre membre, et lorsque vos propres offres musicales reçoivent des votes d’autres membres, vous recevez 4 crédits par étoile. In order to take your friends into account, Music2Deal has to accept their registration first. This process can take several hours or days.

Qu'arrive-t-il si j'invite plus d'amis que mes besoins en crédits ?
Heureusement, vos Crédits restent sur votre compte jusqu'à ce que vous les utilisiez. Si vous avez invité plus d'amis que nécessaire, ils seront pris en compte pour le(s) mois suivant(s).

A quelle fréquence le classement est-il rafraîchi ?
Le classement est mis à jour automatiquement tous les mercredis à 12 h00 (UTC).

Sur quels critères repose le classement ?
Le classement est généré par les votes sur les offres. Pour pouvoir y figurer, un minimum de 3 votes est nécessaire. Les résultats sont basés sur le nombre moyen de votes au cours des derniers mois.
