Edict Records combines different beats. Based in Beirut, it is a crescendo of Arabic, cosmopolitan, Eastern and Western influences, directions and trends. An independent label, Edict Records has an eclectic passion for all genres of music that embrace improvisation: from jazz to contemporary oriental music. We're playing our song to revive the intensity of tradition while mixing it with the contemporary world's openness and fresh sounds.
