Personal profile

The founder Lasse de Flon has great experience working in the music industry throughout Scandinavia. He's been involved in several Platinum and Gold sales/releases and leading roles in some of the most important companies in the Scandinavian territory, including being the Scandinavian Label Manager for the worlds biggest independent record label Mute Records UK, representing living legends such as Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Depeche Mode, Erasure, Moby, Einsturzende Neubauten..., to name a few. The works also includes starting up the successful MNW Records Group Norwegian operation with turnovers way over all expectations in the years between 1994-1999 and being one of the hand picked ten starting up the Playground Music Scandinavia in 1999. In 2002 he left all his safe incomes to realize his dream of having his own label and started Sublime Exile Recordings the same year.
