Samuel who wrote the lyric about, 'them good ol' lazy days of summer' and Rick Livingstone recorded the song. ‘Lazy Days’, sung by Rick Livingstone, won the February 2018 Akademia Music Award for Best Pop Rock Song (Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.) Akademia wrote, 'Rick Livingstone's viral pop rock gem is upbeat, simple in conception but beautifully implemented by this undeniably talented complement of pop rock practitioners.'
