When I listen to music I put the music into categories in my head as: Movie Soundtrack Ready, Club ONLY Music, Long CAR TRIP Music or something I NEVER want to HEAR again. My Company focuses on Publishing and Distributing Digital Music. I am looking to Partner with other Businesses. Digital Music Distributions. Artists network with me once they have a Music Project that is Distribution Ready then I take the completed Music Project and use it to help them connect with a Label or obtain Music Licensing. Record Union Senior A&R, Digital Distribution Company/Independent Record Label. A&R stands for Artists and Repertoire. As an A&R I am responsible for finding good talent and the artistic and commercial development of the newly found talent into a recording artist to assist in earning money for their projects.
