Josiah started at about 14 years old and his music compilation is reminiscent of his upward growth in style, writing, and understanding of the "rap" genre. He writes, mixes, collaborates, designs and produces all of his graphics. He uses a Pro-Tools, Garage Band, Photoshop, etc. His personal created music website exemplifies a young business mind-set that reaches out to his peers and promotes music. He has worked with artist Levi Belle within the "rap" genre as well as others. Adept at social networking he can be seen on MTV, Datpif, iTunes, he has even coined a new word listed in the Urban dictionary for which a catchy song, "Swuah" was created. A google search of newkidthereal places him at the top on at least the first two pages. He is attending the "Mele" music program at the Honolulu Community College on Oahu, Hawaii and has interned at Blue Planet Sound since December of 2013, the only High School student among college student to be accepted into the program.
